Due to several key vacancies, Phil Bolton, our new Chief Nurse is taking the opportunity to review his leadership structure to ensure he has the right people in place at Sherwood to deliver outstanding care to our community. This has created an opportunity for a highly experienced Senior Leader to join his team as a Director of Nursing. He is looking for someone to take the operational lead working alongside the current Deputy to the Chief Nurse (strategy), Director of Midwifery and senior leadership team on a secondment until the 31 st of March 2023.
