Responsibilities
* Organise and implement all online training for current and new staff
* Managing training records
* Supporting staff with all training requirements
* Carrying out training supervisions with staff
* Visiting client houses and assessing staff competences
* Supporting with staff inductions and onboarding
* To support clients when sickness and emergency cover if needed
Qualifications / Skills
* Extremely organised
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good communication skills
* Basic IT skills
* To be self-motivated
* Ability to work under pressure
* Hard working, reliable, dependable, committed
* A passion for caring for others
* Must be a driver
