Store Manager – New Livingstone Store (12-Month FTC)
We are excited to be opening a
new store in Livingstone
and are looking for an experienced
Store Manager
to lead the launch and ongoing success of this location. This is a
12-month fixed-term contract
role, starting in
October 2025
, with the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales performance, and leading and inspiring your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll bring proven retail management experience and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example in creating a
customer-first culture
that goes above and beyond industry benchmarks.
* Inspire, coach, and develop your team to achieve sales targets, deliver brand storytelling, and foster long-term customer loyalty.
* Consistently achieve store sales targets and KPIs, while motivating the team to do the same.
* Monitor product performance and respond with effective commercial solutions.
* Build strong client relationships, attract new customers, and use CRM to drive engagement and loyalty.
* Manage stock effectively, ensuring accurate processes, strong controls, and minimal shrinkage.
* Oversee
visual merchandising
, maintaining high standards and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Plan, host, and support in-store events and promotional activity.
* Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and supporting their ongoing development.
* Manage employee relations fairly and professionally in partnership with HR.
* Oversee scheduling, payroll administration, compliance, and all operational procedures including HSE, cash handling, and audits.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a
similar Store Manager role
within premium or luxury retail.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data and convert insights into action.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver an
exceptional omnichannel customer journey
.
* A balanced skillset across
Sales, People Leadership, Operations, and Clienteling
.
* Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Strong leadership skills with proven experience in coaching, motivating, and developing teams.
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively, delegate, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
* A proactive, positive, and results-driven approach.
