About the Role: If you’re a creative, fresh thinking, designer - we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to work 3 days per week on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office and one at home). Key Responsibilities: * Development and implementation of design concepts for two differently focused beauty tool brands in mass and premium environments. * Confidently understand and creatively express the unique requirements of our brands, working within global brand guidelines, taking projects from brief through to execution. * Development of design assets and print ready artwork creation to support brand and product communications for all channels including website, social, email, packaging inserts, digital/print ads and POS signage. * Support the briefing and coordination of external service providers such as marketing agencies, events and photography teams. * Brand documentation support, including style guide alterations and brand PowerPoint templates. Required Skills: * Experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showing a range of creative design * High-quality design production and build of both print and digital assets * Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator), PowerPoint, Microsoft word and Microsoft Office * Additional skills relating to design projects such as retouch and resizing raw photography * Understanding of the print process is beneficial * Experience in packaging design is preferred but not essential * A natural flare for creative design and strong eye for detail is a must * Ability to confidently communicate ideas * Excellent time-management skills; working to tight deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Full driving licence preferred About Us: Tweezerman UK supplies Beauty Tools and Accessories (Tweezers, Eyelash Curlers, Nail Files, Cosmetic Brushes etc.) to all major retailers in the UK and Ireland.
