Grade D £29,064 - £31,022 pro rata per annum 30 hours per week Substantive We're looking for a friendly, resilient and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Customer Service team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for residents, helping them access vital council services and providing a positive customer experience across a wide range of enquires. In this key role you will deal with a high volume of enquiries through phone, email, digital channels and face-to-face contact.
