Night Shift Supervisor (Food).
Vickerstock are partnering with our innovative and global Food Manufacturing Client with the appointment of a Night Shift Supervisor for their newly furbished manufacturing facility based in Co. Armagh.

The specifics:
* Salary £40-46K depending on experience
* Sunday 7pm to 7am and Monday to Thursday, 11pm to 7am
* 31 days holiday (incl. stats)
Your Day to Day as the successful candidate:
Reporting to the Factory Manager and in collaboration with the wider team - Operations, Technical, Hygiene and Engineering:
* Ensure correct and efficient set up of production lines including prestart check paperwork are completed in full.
* Execute the production plan adhering to running order and volumes.
* Work towards Production KPI in relation to output, waste, and cost.
* Organise ingredients and packaging required to fulfil production orders and volume.
* Check that product meets company requirements and customer specifications.
* Accurate completion of all quality and production documentation.
* Train new employees and agency workers on department specifics.
* Implement good housekeeping procedures in the workplace and lead by example.
* Adherence to all Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene procedures at all times.
Your Essential Ingredients:
* Proven experience at a similar level delivering to company targets within a Food Manufacturing environment.
* Ability to inspire others, lead by example and comfortable coaching those who are not achieving the standards expected.
* Lead on continuous improvement initiatives, utilise lean manufacturing tools and showing creativity in growing the business.
* Strong communication skills across all platforms and interdepartmental collaboration.
* Highly accountable, sound and decisive decision maker.
* Competent Microsoft Office user - ability to produce reports for management.
* Flexible approach to working hours covering the needs of the business.
