What you will do:
* Assist in the dispensing of prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
* Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring the availability of essential medications.
* Provide valuable support to pharmacists in delivering patient care and advice.
* Conduct medication reconciliation and review patient medication records for accuracy.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals to optimise patient medication regimes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and possess a valid driving licence, as travel may be required.
