We’re looking for a Telemarketing Executive to open doors, spark conversations and create real sales opportunities.
In this role, you’ll drive high-quality opportunities through outbound telemarketing, engaging existing customers to upsell UC products. You’ll spark interest, qualify needs and convert conversations into sales-ready leads and appointments—playing a key role in boosting revenue and conversion.

Salary: £26,000
Location: Nelson
Hours of work: Monday – Friday (37.5 hrs.)
What You'll Be Doing
As a Telemarketing Executive you will:
* Generate high-quality opportunities through outbound calling to existing customers
* Identify and qualify prospects in line with campaign objectives and target profiles
* Book qualified appointments and pass sales-ready leads to the sales team
* Build rapport with decision-makers and confidently communicate value
* Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records to maximise conversion
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a target-driven telemarketing, lead generation, sales or customer contact environment.
* Strong verbal communication, listening and questioning skills.
* Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections and influence outcomes professionally.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups, callbacks and workload effectively.
* Competent user of CRM, telephony and standard Microsoft Office applications.
