They are open to candidates at Level 3, or Senior Nursery Nurse level. What You'll Be Doing You'll join a nurturing, child-focused nursery that puts children's wellbeing and development at the heart of everything they do. Depending on your experience and level, you'll: Provide high-quality care to children from birth to three years. Act as a Key Person, developing strong relationships with children and their families. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework. Ensure safeguarding, safety, and wellbeing are prioritised at all times. Contribute to a clean, safe, and stimulating environment. Work collaboratively with your team and support your colleagues. Participate in training, staff meetings, and out-of-hours events or activities when needed. Support children with additional needs and liaise with the setting's SENCO where appropriate. Carry out day-to-day duties including preparing snacks, cleaning toys, and supporting nursery routines. Who They're Looking For The setting is flexible and inclusive – if you're the right fit, they want to hear from you. You might be: An experienced Level 3 ready for a new challenge. A confident Senior Practitioner ready to mentor others and support the wider team. Essential: A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare. A nurturing, child-centred approach. A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding. Team spirit, flexibility, and a proactive mindset. Desirable (but not essential): First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates.
