Executive Assistant

* Executive Assistant to Partner 1:1 for well-established organisation
\t
* West End

* Hybrid Set-Up
Looking for a professional, confident and ambitious EA to look after one of the the Partners within a boutique and growing organisation where outstanding service is delivered, achieving the best results. You will also work alongside a small team of EA’s working collaboratively across the board.
Main duties:
\t
* Full EA support to the Partner along with some ad-hoc support to the wider team.
\t
* Managing high volume workload.
\t
* Extensive diary management, coordinating meetings, lunches, travel, vc’s, etc.
\t
* Preparation of documents – pitches, proposals, reports, updates, correspondence, letters – proof reading and formatting.
\t
* Preparation of invoices.
\t
* Planning of events.
\t
* Updating the company CRM system and running reports.
\t
* Share of general light office management duties within the EA team.
\t
* Providing cover for other EA’s.
The ideal candidate:
\t
* Previous EA experience in a fast paced, professional environment.
\t
* Excellent communication skills at all levels and being comfortable being first point of contact.
\t
* Able to pick up new tasks, systems and processes quickly and able to handle a demanding working load.
\t
* Able to deal with last minute priorities and changes.
\t
* Happy to work in a small close-knit team, contributing to the company’s success.
\t
* Flexible and committed with a good sense of humour.
\t
* High attention to detail and being able to produce a high level of work.
