KM4HR are exclusively recruiting for a talented HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation based in London.
Your role:
In collaboration with the wider HR team you will share responsibility for people focused strategy and initiatives and lead of various HR projects. As the HR Business Partner, you provide advice and guidance to all employees while advising and coaching the SLT on employee matters.
You will offer support across the entirety of the employee lifecycle and will work closely with other key members of staff to achieve agreed milestones.
Other areas of focus will include:
* Supporting the business leaders in the development of their own teams
* Managing organisational effectiveness
* Workforce planning
* Employee engagement and EVP
* Culture development
* Generalist HR
* HR project management
