Your new role
As a Senior Audit Manager within the Not for Profit team, you'll play a key role in delivering audits that uphold public trust and transparency. You'll manage complex audits, lead teams on-site, and work closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic insights and long-term 'll be responsible for:
1. Leading audits for a diverse portfolio of Not for Profit clients.
2. Managing and coaching junior team members, ensuring quality and compliance.
3. Building strong client relationships and providing technical advice.
4. Overseeing audit planning, execution, and completion in line with UK and International standards.
5. Driving efficiency and innovation within the audit process.
What you'll need to succeed
6. ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified (or overseas equivalent).
7. Degree-level education or equivalent.
8. Proven experience supervising and coaching audit teams.
9. Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
10. Understanding of regulatory compliance, including anti-money laundering.
11. Commercial awareness and knowledge of current market trends.
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
