Are you ready to spice up your culinary career? We’re on the lookout for a Chef De Partie to join our vibrant team at Butlin's in Skegness!
At Butlin’s, we believe that variety is the spice of life. In this role, you’ll have the chance to lead and develop our talented team in one of our fantastic buffet restaurants. A trip to the seaside wouldn’t be complete without great food, and we’re committed to delivering that experience to every guest, every time.
As a Chef De Partie, you’ll play a crucial role in our kitchens. Here’s what you can expect:
* Support the Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee daily operations in your section.
* Ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety policies.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Lead, train, and mentor Commis Chefs, providing guidance and support as needed.
This is a 35-hour role, working 5 days over 7, including weekends, with pay received fortnightly. Here are the shift details:
* Breakfast shifts: 4am - 12pm
* Dinner shifts: 11am - 7:30pm
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business and support your team. If you’re over 18 and relocating to the area, live-in accommodation may be available, subject to a DBS check.
