Product Service & Support Engineer Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. * Carry out on-site services (commissioning/service/health check/breakdown/training) of products installed at customer locations. * Provide remote technical support for products via telephone, email, Teamviewer, MS Teams and other platforms. * Identify opportunities for repeat site service business at customer locations. * Identify and feedback any trends with the use or behavior of products through site services or remote technical support. * Resolving technical customer queries liaising with Sales/Quality/R&D/Product Management teams as necessary. * Assist with testing new product developments as required. * Assist with processing equipment returned for repair as required. * Feedback any updates in H&S practices required for site activities in target industries. * Provide VOC feedback to Product Management/Quality/Engineering teams for product enhancement or NPI purposes.
