Part-Time Stores Person
P & A Projects Limited specialise in the total design, development and manufacture of standard and bespoke lighting equipment for the industry. We are looking to recruit a part-time stores person (20 hours per week) to join our existing friendly team.
The successful candidate will be adept with these necessary skills:
* Must be reliable, punctual, own transport is a must due to the location of Business
* Strong teamwork and communication skills working with Supervisors and peers
* Highly motivated, proactive and innovative to help improve processes
* Possess good organisational skills
* Fork lift license an advantage but not essential as training provided
* Hold clean driving licience
Duties include:
* Checking deliveries and reporting any discrepancies
* Keeping the storeroom tidy
* Updating & booking-in stock on internal systems
* Preparing BOM's for the shop floor
* Completing regular stock-takes
The role and benefits:
* Hours of work 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
* Hourly rate of pay National Minimum Wage £7.44 - £ Overtime
* 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
