Connect Appointments is recruiting an experienced Family Secretary / Paralegal for a respected legal firm in Bridport. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a busy family law department.
Working as a Family Secretary/Paralegal, your key duties will include:
* Provide admin support to fee earners and manage case files
* Prepare legal documents and correspondence using digital dictation
* Assist with court bundles and legal archiving
* Handle new client enquiries and file procedures
* Organise hearings, conferences, and client appointments
* Maintain accurate attendance notes and case records
* Attend training as required
What We're Looking For?
* Experience in a legal secretary or paralegal role (ideally in family law)
* Strong admin, time management, and communication skills
* Professional, calm, and client-focused approach
* Confident with legal systems and digital tools
* Respect for confidentiality and detail-oriented
