Role Title: Job Aid Support Worker (Must Speak English and Spanish)

Role Purpose
We are seeking a Spanish speaking Job Aid Support Worker to provide tailored workplace support to a tutor with a visual impairment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in removing barriers to screen-based tasks, ensuring the tutor can carry out their role effectively and on an equal basis with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide assistance with screen-based administrative and teaching tasks.
* Upload teaching materials to the organisation's online platform.
* Support the production of online content and teaching resources.
* Input marks into assessment grids and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure materials are accessible and organised in line with institutional requirements.
* Work collaboratively with the tutor to enable them to focus on teaching delivery.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.
Essential Requirements
* Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Strong IT and digital skills, with the ability to manage online platforms and digital resources.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.

Desirable Skills/Experience
* Experience supporting staff or students with disabilities in an educational setting.
