We're looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to become part of an Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery that is committed to delivering high-quality early years education and care. As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing while helping to create engaging experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
What You'll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, nurturing, and child-centred approach

What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children's learning and development through engaging activities and play experiences
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Support children's emotional, social, and developmental needs
- Contribute to planning and learning experiences that reflect children's interests and next steps
- Ensure safeguarding and nursery standards are consistently maintained
