Responsibilities
* Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
* Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies
* Collaborating with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service
* Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations
* Supporting staff training and development to uphold our brand's high standards
* Creating a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team
* A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
* Flexible availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays - we're always on the go!
