Service Advisor
Location - Watford
Salary - £30,000 basic + bonus, OTE 38k+
Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, Everyother Saturday 8.30am - 1pm

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's main dealership in Watford. Our client is part of a larger dealer group that are looking to expand their aftersales department. This role suits a Service Advisor who is looking for something long-term and is keen on progression.
Service Advisor Role
* Manage the full customer journey from booking to handover
* Oversee workshop loading, job progress, and workflow efficiency
* Handle escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
* Identify upsell opportunities to maximise department profitability
* Maintain accurate records, warranty processes, and compliance
Service Advisor Requirements
* Must have 2+ minimum years experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor trade.
* Full UK Driving License.
* Must be comfortable in upselling.
* Target driven.
