Key responsibilities
* analysis and interpretation of sales data to develop and implement a plan to improve performance across key metrics
* oversight of compliance
* driving the standard in customer care by reviewing and coaching the sales team
* responsibility for delivering volume and gross profit targets
Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Passion for learning about new technology in a fast moving environment
* Ability to build a strong rapport with customers
* Experience at a Sales Controller or above within the automotive sector is required
* Full training will be provided for the right individuals

Requirements
To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months. Please give specific detail of your experience, skills and previous responsibilities that you believe would be relevant to the role you are applying for.
