Job: Administrative Assistant Qualifications / Education / Training: Good general education Experience: Previously worked in administration role(s). Knowledge: Understanding of office administration procedures. Skills & Competencies: Proficient in using the Internet, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Ability to construct databases in Excel or other suitable software packages. Excellent organisational skills, including document filing in both hard copy and electronic formats. Strong spoken and written English skills, as most assessments/audits will be conducted within the UK. Confident yet pleasant telephone manner. Capable of preparing and responding to internal and external correspondence through email, letter, and verbal methods.
