⏰ Hours: 9am to 6pm week 1, week 2 10am to 7pm with 2 Saturday a month 8am to 12.30pm

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated publishing assistant to join a busy and fast‑paced environment within the publishing department. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that all vehicle documentation is complete, accurate, and processed efficiently. As a publishing assistant, you will help maintain smooth workflow operations and support the wider team in preparing vehicles for sale.

Checking that all vehicle documents are present and correct
Scanning documents into the internal system
Creating a document folder for each vehicle
Ensuring completed folders are placed into the correct vehicle
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
