Benefits Salary: £31600 to £33400 per annun Sleep-in: £65 per sleep, approx. £3,120/year. Contract: Full-Time (39 hours/week) or Part-Time options. 1 sleep per week for 48 weeks a year. Duties Lead and support residential care staff. Create a safe and supportive environment for young residents. Manage care plans, activities, and daily routines. Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations. Criteria Level 3 Children & Young People or Children's Residential Care or equivalent. Essential: 1 years' experience in a residential care setting. Car Driver Required.
