Job Title: Technology Protection Engineer - Level II
Location: Arlington, VA
Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access. Clearance, Access, and Investigation must appear in DISS and be within scope (5 years).

Position Overview: The Celestar Corporation is seeking Technology Protection Engineers - Level II to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Army Security Office (ASO) Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC) in Arlington, VA.

Background: The U.S. Army INSCOM's ARTPC provides support in developing security documentation, conducting critical technology reviews, threat/mitigation planning, and risk mitigation to protect Army personnel, facilities, and information. Protecting advanced technologies from foreign acquisition is vital for the Army’s mission and future warfare capabilities. The program integrates research, security, cyber incident assessment, and modernization security to ensure mission success.
Responsibilities:
* Perform RTP engineering analysis, including CTI identification, CPI assessments, CF analysis, supply chain and vulnerability analysis, and risk evaluation.
* Contribute to threat identification, security measure development, and countermeasure recommendations based on engineering analysis.
* Document support activities and meetings in assessment memoranda, summaries, and reports.
* Collaborate with security specialists to develop and implement effective Protection Plans at government and contractor facilities.
* Conduct CPI surveys, assessments, ACT-ID reviews, and CRADA reviews as needed.
* Develop and maintain databases for CIDA case management, metrics, and reporting.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, aerospace, materials, etc.).
* Four (4) years of engineering experience.
* Experience briefing and interacting with SES/General Officer levels preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with senior military officials and managers.
* Valid US Passport.
