The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to own and deliver the operational execution of our fundraising activity, acting as a trusted partner to our clients while bringing structure, consistency, creativity, and control to our fundraising programme.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the end-to-end delivery of fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring a professional, stress-free experience for charity partners.
· Lead the operational design and delivery of fundraising mechanics across events, including auctions, live fundraising moments, and other revenue-generating activations.
· Provide hands-on, senior-level operational support to the fundraising team on complex events and live issues.
· Support key partners and stakeholders, helping manage expectations and build long-term relationships.
· Own timelines, checklists, and workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
· Help refine processes, templates, and best practice to support scalable partner delivery.
· Track performance and use insight to drive continuous improvement, working closely with senior leadership.
Requirements:
· 3–5+ years' experience in fundraising, events, or live charity environments.
· Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple live projects.
· Creative, commercially aware, and confident designing engaging fundraising solutions.
· Strong with IT, systems, and data, with hands-on experience using auction platforms and Salesforce.
· Calm, confident, and solution-focused in fast-paced, live event environments.
· A strong communicator who understands the difference between a supplier and a true fundraising partner.
