Job Title: Temporary Part Time Administrator

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:45am – 5:00pm

Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Redditch. This role will focus on processing sales orders and providing accurate data entry support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Entering and maintaining data within internal systems and spreadsheets
* Checking order details, pricing, and customer information for accuracy
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
* Supporting with general administrative duties as required
* Assisting with email and telephone queries where necessary
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous administrative and/or data entry experience
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
* Confident communication skills
* Reliable and professional approach to work
