Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position, located in Reading. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with various teams to ensure systems are operating efficiently and effectively, meeting all safety and regulatory standards. Reporting and documentation will also form an integral part of your daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in HVAC Engineering, HVAC Design, and general HVAC practices
* Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
* Proven expertise in Maintenance and Repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
* Strong mechanical and technical problem-solving skills
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints related to HVAC systems
* Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations
* Certification or a diploma in HVAC Engineering or a related field
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Previous experience in the housing or real estate sector is a plus
