The role
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex engineering projects from concept through to completion. You’ll have the opportunity to shape outcomes, drive performance, and collaborate with expert teams across multiple disciplines gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and nationally critical work.

Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:
1. Leading the planning and delivery of projects to agreed scope, schedule, and budget
2. Managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment
3. Monitoring project performance and managing risks, issues, and change control
4. Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives
5. Ensuring compliance with governance, safety, and quality standards
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with Wednesday and Thursday onsite (although this is flexible) and the other days working from home.
Essential experience of the Project Manager
6. Experience of managing international projects with a good understanding of different business cultures.
7. Confident collaborator with experience working in partnership
8. Able to show drive and desire to make a daily positive impact
9. Used to working to tight deadlines, plans, and schedules
10. Someone who navigates change easily and continually seeks to learn and develop new skills
Qualifications for the Project Manager
11. PMQ or PPQ (desirable) or equivalent Excellent stakeholder management

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
