Freshwater Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading Media organisation with the recruitment of a Change Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a central Change team and work on a large, enterprise-wide Transformation Programme.
The role
As a Change Manager, you will support the shaping and delivery of a comprehensive change plan across this large programme of work. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and programme teams to ensure that people are engaged, supported, and ready for change.
You’ll be responsible for leading key change activities including managing the change champion network, delivering engaging communications, and coordinating impactful training.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver engaging communications, training, and support materials in line with brand and tone of voice
* Lead the change champion network — preparing and running meetings, and supporting their involvement in programme activities
* Set up and facilitate in-person and virtual engagement sessions
* Measure change readiness and adoption, implementing activities to address barriers and resistance
* Track progress against the change plan, managing risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
What we’re looking for:
* Solid experience in change management (including communications and/or training)
* Proven experience of delivering change activity within complex transformation programmes
* Creativity in making technical content engaging and accessible
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Proven ability to engage teams across all levels
* Media industry experience is desirable but not essential
