Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will take full responsibility for Health & Safety across the business, covering strategy, compliance and operational delivery within a high-risk environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the H&S function across all operations Develop and implement H&S strategy and systems Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation Oversee audits, inspections and risk management processes Manage incident investigations and corrective actions Drive a proactive safety culture across the business Engage and influence senior stakeholders Requirements Senior-level HSE experience within a high-risk industry Strong understanding of UK H&S legislation Experience managing H&S systems and audits NEBOSH qualified (Diploma preferred) Confident communicator with strong leadership capability Please apply with your full CV and to arrange a confidential chat.
