A leading international engineering & construction group, known for delivering major energy and infrastructure projects, is seeking a Welding QC Inspector to join its Health, Safety & Environment team. This role supports innovative industrial projects contributing to the global energy transition.
Contract: Full‑time – up to 5.5 days/week when needed.
Responsibilities
* Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring safety standards are respected.
* Monitor works performed by subcontractors or direct hires to meet project quality and contractual requirements.
* Set up schedules, coordinating human and technical resources within allocated timeframes.
* Arrange for efficient and cost‑effective civil construction works, coordinating activities with your team.
* Build progress reports, identify deviations, and propose solutions or request guidance.
* Control production parameters to ensure proper workflow and productivity.
* Support resolution of civil technical problems during execution.
* Manage technical and administrative documentation.
* Ensure achievement of certification and punch‑list clearance.
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience: 15–20 years in civil works, as subcontractor site manager or similar supervising roles.
* Technical Skills: Dewatering, Piling, Civil work supervision, Team leadership.
