Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Strong hands-on experience working with Cisco networking technologies Hands-on knowledge of Juniper or Fortinet environments, with Juniper preferred Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience, or Juniper at a similar level Eligibility for DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance Previous experience working within MOD or government environments is beneficial but not mandatory Responsibilities: Work within MOD teams to ensure systems operate reliably, remain stable, and perform as expected Provide deep technical support for complex system issues, including software defects and network-related faults Support high-severity incidents escalated from the NOC where system degradation or outages occur Assist our contracts team by providing technical clarification to ensure contractual requirements are clearly understood and met Contribute technical expertise to projects and bid activities, supporting design and delivery Technologies: Cisco Support Network Security More: We are a well-established business with more than five decades of experience in government and maritime mobility, delivering high-quality maritime technology and satellite solutions across Geostationary and Low Earth Orbit networks.
