Are you fluent in German with a passion for e-commerce? We're looking for a Marketplace / Account Specialist to help manage and grow our presence on online platforms. You'll bring strong organisational skills, commercial focus, and German language expertise to support product listings and marketplace operations.

We source directly from trusted suppliers and sell across over 100 different platforms, delivering straight from our Monster distribution centres to our customers' doors. Your Day-to-Day:
* Listing products across our website and various German marketplaces.
* Ensuring our product listings gain maximum exposure through SEO and marketplace-specific tools to increase sales.
* Monitoring and optimising listing and marketplace performance.
* Discovering new German marketplaces to expand our presence and manage them to drive additional sales.
* Growing the company's presence on existing German marketplaces to boost sales.
* Providing German language (verbal/written) support as required by the business.
* Handling any associated administration related to the role and marketing team.
* Liaising with our customer support team and sometimes our customers will also be required to ensure 5 star service across selling channels.
What You'll Bring:
* Excellent command of written English and German.
* Strong housekeeping and organisational skills.
* Excellent time management – you'll be expected to juggle multiple tasks at once.
* Forward-thinking, innovative and pro-active.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5hrs per week with 1 hour for lunch). Flexible start and finish times are available: start between 8am and 9.30am and finish between 4pm and 5.30pm. You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60), therefore it is essential that you have your own transport.
