Flexible Bank Support Coordinator
Location: North Cornwall – Launceston, Bude, Bodmin, Liskeard
Casual / Flexible work; hours to suit you.

Pay £14.06 per hour. £50 per shift. Great benefits.
What you’ll do
* Lead support planning and coordinate support workers to deliver person‑centred support.
* Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads.
* Support customers with daily tasks such as budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
* Work with multi‑agency teams to safeguard and empower customers.
* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move‑on into the community.

What we need
* Flexibility to work at short notice, picking your next shift.
* Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams and collaborate with colleagues.
* Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
* Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.
* Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.

* Shifts may be available Monday–Friday.
* Available at our services in North Cornwall: Launceston, Bude, Bodmin or Liskeard.
* Must have an Enhanced Police Disclosure check.
* Vehicle insured for business use and a valid licence; business mileage will be reimbursed.
