The role
Are you interested in joining a varied and dynamic team? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Employer Partnerships Team in the Careers and Employability Service.
In this role you will:
* Enhance and improve the employer experience as a first point of contact to Manchester Metropolitan University.
* Take ownership of organisation and opportunity approvals on our online vacancy board.
* Share relevant information and opportunities across the wider Careers Service.
* Assist with a range of activities including employer engagement, careers events, recruitment processes and service delivery.
* Provide administrative support across the wider Employer Partnerships Team.
About you:
* Excellent communication skills to assist a number of stakeholders, including employers, staff and students.
* Ability to recognise and understand the needs of others to provide good customer service whilst actively improving and promoting services to existing and potential customers.
* You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn how to access and interrogate in-house systems.
Hybrid working is offered for this role. The nature of the role requires a presence on campus to support business needs, but at other times you will be able to work remotely.
This role is Fixed Term until 3rd April 2025.
