About the role

As a IT Migration Support Technician with expertise in managing hardwareworkflows, you will collaborate with our client’s. You will be responsible for maintaining service levels, managing hardware workflows, and ensuringpliance with contractual obligations.

Our client is currently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are the job details for your reference:

Location: Bazaar Road - Tidworth

Start Date: 2 Months

Hours: hours/week ( hours/day)

Shift Pattern: 9:00AM to 5:30PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ticket Management: Oversee and update support tickets assigned to the Hub, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with contracted service levels
2. Asset & Stock Control: Manage iing and outgoing hardware through accurate scanning and asset tracking procedures
3. Disposal Coordination: Handle hardware disposals efficiently and in accordance with contract terms
4. Hardware Repairs: Triage and repair in-warranty equipment, working with vendors for parts, returns, and warrantypliance
5. Locker Maintenance: Replenish hardware lockers as needed to support field engineers and local operation
6. Service Monitoring: Identify potential service risks or opportunities for improvement and escalate to the Team Leader

Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:

7. Active SC Clearance is mandatory
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
9. fortable working in a structured, high-security environment
10. Excellentmunication and teamwork skills

12. A daily rate, in-scope IR35, of £ (PAYE) OR £ (via a Hays Approved Umbrellapany).
