As a Senior Marketing Executive, youll be experienced in cross‑functional ways of working and able to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across Marketing to deliver targeted B2B campaigns and communications that strengthen broker and customer relationships and drive Unum UK’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities
* Support delivery of integrated multi‑channel campaigns, helping drive acquisition, retention, engagement and digital adoption goals.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign assets, content and communications are delivered on time and to brief.
* Assist with event planning and personalised marketing activities that contribute to high‑touch ABM initiatives.
* Help create insight‑informed content and pitch materials that resonate with priority broker or customer accounts and reflect Unum’s value proposition.
* Support segmentation, personalisation and journey‑mapping activities, and help track campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Confident working with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
* Strong performance mindset and commercial acumen, aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.
* Proactive, curious and comfortable adopting new tools, testing ideas and continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
* Creative mindset with the ability to develop and repurpose engaging content, using marketing automation tools and CRM systems to support delivery.
* Competence in digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, to track performance, interpret trends and provide clear, insight‑led recommendations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns and communications, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft compelling, tailored messaging and content.
