The role You will be site-based with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and a skilled site team on a £9m hotel refurbishment scheme. This is your chance to take ownership on a small part of the scheme worth £500k, with the full support of the onsite team. What will you be responsible for? Working under the guidance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage costs, assess financial viability, and ensure value for money while maintaining compliance with legal and contractual standards.
