Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a large and established manufacturing business in the East Midlands. Supporting senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of executive functions, managing complex schedules, coordinating key business activities, and acting as a trusted point of contact. Qualifications
Essential
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior support role
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience managing complex diaries and coordinating executive schedules
* High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable
* Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders
* Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Experience coordinating meetings, events, and business travel arrangements
Roles & Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and leadership teams.
* Manage complex diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient use of executive time.
* Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting documentation to a high standard.
* Act as a key point of contact between senior leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and company events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes where required.
* Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Support key business projects and initiatives through effective administration and coordination.
* Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and providing proactive support.
