Operational Management: Oversee all daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and facility maintenance, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for clients.
Conduct performance reviews, foster a positive work environment, and promote continuous professional development.
Financial Performance & Sales: Manage clinic budgets, monitor revenue and expenditure, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your retail experience to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
Ensure the clinic operates in full compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Stock & Inventory: Manage ordering, stock levels, and inventory control for all products and supplies, with a keen eye on merchandising and sales performance.
System Management: Oversee the efficient use of clinic management software and other operational systems.
Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a management role within a high-end retail environment, ideally in beauty, luxury goods, or a similar customer-focused industry.
Solid financial acumen and experience with budget management and sales forecasting.
Proficiency in retail point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management systems.
