As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in attracting and securing high-quality candidates for our children’s homes across Northamptonshire. Working closely with Home Managers and the People Team, you’ll design and deliver recruitment strategies that balance speed, compliance, and candidate experience.

Homes2Inspire is part of Shaw Trust, one of the UK’s largest charities and a leading not-for-profit provider of public services. Putting children and young people at the centre of everything we do has driven our growth from opening our first home in Northamptonshire in 2007 to becoming the UK’s largest charitably owned residential children’s home provider. Today, we operate nearly 60 homes, two supported accommodation developments, and deliver high-needs foster care through Fostering2Inspire and Homes & Horizons.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement localised recruitment strategies
* Analyse labour market trends to inform campaigns
* Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
* Facilitate interviews and selection processes in line with safer recruitment principles
* Monitor compliance and ensure smooth onboarding
* Report on recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within social care or regulated settings
* Strong knowledge of safer recruitment standards
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
* Proficiency with ATS, job boards, and digital recruitment tools
* Commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children
