Role
* Lead and deliver complex, multi‑site IT/Infrastructure projects across retail and enterprise environments
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and interdepartmental teams to ensure smooth project execution
* Coordinate team management – manage field engineers, subcontractors and logistics for project deployment
* Plan and control projects, ensuring compliance, quality and delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards
The Person
* Background in IT Managed Services or related field
* Previous working experience in a Project Manager role or a related position
* Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills
* Prior leadership/team management experience
