Care & Support Assistant Location: Fern Brook Lodge - R esidential Home - Gillingham - Dorset - SP8 4QD P ay rate : £12.50 to £12.75 per hour Hours : F ull Time & Part Time Shift: 08.00 to 20.00 ( including alternate weekends) We have an exciting opportunity for a Care & Support Assistant to join the team at Fern Brook Lodge, our newly refurbished residential care home, which is a hub for the community in Gillingham and the surrounding villages of North Dorset. You'll need to be naturally compassionate and understanding of others. Previous care experience is not essential for our "Care & Support Assistant Team". You may be working in a customer care role or have helped in your community. A full induction and training programme will be provided to support you.
