Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract – Potential Duration Up to 12 Months
Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading modular construction company to recruit an experienced Design Manager on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and contribute to a diverse range of high-profile projects within a collaborative and innovative environment.
As a Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring construction and design deliverables are achieved to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing construction and design deliverables to meet project requirements and client expectations
Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the Design Team, contractors, and quality management plans
Managing and resolving design-related queries throughout the project lifecycle
Acting as the key liaison for all design coordination between stakeholders and project teams
We would be keen to speak with Design Managers with the following skills:
Relevant degree qualification – BSc Architecture and/or Engineering or similar
Modular experience
Proficient use of Revit
