Jo Jingles brings music, movement, and joy to thousands of families across the UK. Weve spent 30+ years becoming the countrys leading early years music programme. Now were scaling: 40 franchisees today, 100 by 2029.
Were hiring a Franchisee Growth Specialist to own our recruitment strategy and bring ambitious, capable franchisees into our network.
This isnt a sales admin role. This is the growth engine.
What Youll Own
Youll be responsible for finding, qualifying, and onboarding 10 new franchisees in Year 1—people who dont just buy a business, but build one.
* Lead generation: Franchise shows, networking, outreach. Youll build the pipeline.
* Sales & closing: Guide prospects from curiosity to signed agreement. Quality over volume.
* Onboarding: Work with our Ops Manager to set new franchisees up for success.
* Post-launch support: 3 in-person visits per franchisee in Year 1. You bring them on, you help them win.
* Resale management: Match buyers with territories and facilitate smooth handovers.

Experience in franchising, recruitment, or business development is valuable but not essential. Drive, integrity, and ambition matter more.
What Youll Earn
* £25,000 base (25 hours/week, remote/hybrid)
* £Commission
* £26/month WFH allowance
Total Year 1 earnings: £34,000+
