About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned and driven Operations Manager to lead our remotely operated vehicle (ROV) division within the offshore energy sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing subsea operations, personnel, and client relationships while driving innovation and performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a key leader, you will manage the deployment and performance of subsea robotic systems across global operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with international standards, and efficient resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities

* Lead the planning and execution of subsea robotic system operations across offshore projects.
* Manage, develop, and mentor offshore personnel, ensuring competence and compliance with industry standards.
* Oversee mobilization, demobilization, and logistics for equipment and offshore teams.
* Monitor asset utilization and ensure timely maintenance and performance tracking.
* Establish and improve operational procedures, risk mitigation strategies, and reporting protocols.
* Engage with clients to ensure alignment with contractual expectations and operational success.
* Support business development with operational insights, client feedback, and tender inputs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial, engineering, and HSEQ performance.
* Champion a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across global teams.\n

What You Bring

* Minimum 10 years of offshore or subsea experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Strong understanding of subsea robotic systems (ROVs), offshore equipment logistics, and team management.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to manage diverse teams across different geographies and cultures.
* Sound commercial awareness, with budgetary and planning skills.
* Willingness to travel and adapt to the operational demands of offshore work.\n
