Group Account Manager
As the Group Account Manager, you will oversee a team of dedicated Product and Account managers, driving the development and success of our private label offerings. Your role encompasses a multifaceted array of responsibilities, ranging from commercial analysis, problem solving to customer relationships. You will report into the General Manager and will form a bridge of communication between the Product Management team and the General Manager.
Main Responsibilities
* a team of Account/Product Managers giving them guidance and support
* on issues / problem solving
* support including negotiation
* relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
* point of escalation
* development within customer portfolio
* on efficiencies and best practice within the team
* to GM on project status and working together to solve any challenges
* of risks
* of information needed to support production site - enhance relationship with parent company
* elements of the P&L
* functional collaboration
