About the Role
This is a 36 hour per week position (4 work days) with comprehensive on‑the‑job training and the view to commencing a Certificate III in Business Administration in 2026.
Responsibilities
Greeting patients warmly and professionally
Managing a high volume of appointments and scheduling
Answering phone enquiries and guiding patients with care
Processing payments and managing daily transactions
Maintaining accurate patient records and correspondence
Assisting with general administrative duties
Supporting the dental team to ensure smooth daily operation
