Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to deliver a commercial refurbishment project in Cardiff City Centre. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities for a commercial fit-out and refurbishment project
*
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, RAMS, and site procedures
*
Oversee programme, quality control, and snagging through to completion
*
Liaise with the client, design team, and project management team
*
Maintain accurate site records, permits, and reporting
*
Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Fit Out Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects
*
Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practice
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required
*
Ability to manage works in a live or city-centre environment
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Package:

£300 per day (CIS)
*
12-month contract

City centre location with immediate start available
